Booking FAQs

In order to ensure the best possibe experience for our participants, online registration is now required for participation on all NFHCS activities, events, and classes.

How do I book online?

You can visit this page to see all of the classes and events that we offer by location.

What happens if I show up at the class or studio without registering online?

Due to limited resources and space, we may be unable to accommodate walk-ins for events. There is a lot of preparation that goes into our classes and events, and in order to provide the best possible experience, our staff needs to know how many attendees to expect.

Can I register online and still pay at the studio?

Yes! When booking your class, make sure you select the "Pay for this session:" option, and then select the "Pay in person" option. Click here to watch a quick video that shows you how to do this!

Do staff members need to stay with the participant during sessions/classes?

Yes. Unless the participant arrives and leaves independently, direct care staff or parents of participants are required to remain on the premises and in view of their participant throughout the entire session/class.

Are there release forms that participants need to complete?

We require all participants to complete a liability waiver, photo release, and emergency contact form prior to participating in a class or event. You can click here to complete this form electronically, or you can click here to download a PDF and bring it with you to the class or event. This is only required once per location!

I'd love to attend, but I have limited funds. Do you have any payment assistance plans?

We want to make sure that our programs are accessible to all adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. If you are having difficulty paying for classes and would like more information about payment assistance options, please complete this form and we will be in touch!
