Join Film Pittsburgh’s 11th annual ReelAbilities Pittsburgh film festival for 3 nights of in-person fun at the Pittsburgh Playhouse September 7 – 9, 2023, with additional films streaming online September 7 – 13. This exciting event presents films by and about people living with disabilities and includes Q&As with visiting filmmakers, after-parties, and an art exhibit with Studio Forget-Me-Not. We are looking for two Studio artists to be present for each evening: participating artists will need to be present from 6:30pm until the movies end (you will get to see the movies for free!). Parking info: - The address for the parking garage is 350 Oliver (you must park in this garage for free parking): bring the parking ticket to the box office to get an exit ticket - Accessible unoloading happens on Forbes avenue, directly across from the Playhouse. Folks will be positioned on the sidewalk to help patrons as needed. All in-person films are presented with open captions or subtitles, audio description, ASL interpretation, and other accommodations.
